FCC Shuts Down GMRS Repeater Network – Did The FCC Violate The 4th Amendment Of The Constitution?

The FCC (Federal Communications Commission) of the United States has allegedly requested that a repeater club shut-down a large GMRS repeater network that was linked via the internet for allegedly violating FCC Part 95 Rule 95.1733 and FCC rule Part 95.333. In this video go over the letter that was sent to all the members of the GMRS club that owns the repeater and explain the two rules that the club was allegedly violating by connecting GMRS repeaters over the internet. Many people have alleged, and feel that this overreach of the Federal Government (the FCC) may violate not only the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States, but it may also violate the 4th Amendment as well.
