Learn basic radio communications with a focus on GMRS (General Mobile Radio Service).Hands on skills training will get you up and transmitting right away, with instructions on emergency communication when cellphones are down and power outages occur.

This class is FREE, reserve your seat with a free ticket. However, you can purchase one of several tickets and take home a GMRS radio at the class, yours to  keep.

One GMRS license from the FCC ($35 – no test) is good for your whole family and gives you access to five repeaters that cover most all Tuolumne County. Apply here.
