About Board Styles, Yes, you can change your style

There are a several styles that you can change from your User Control Panel (UCP). From your UCP choose Board Preferences, from there you try out options that you may prefer over the default style. The default style is Pro Silver. The Welcome Forum page default style may change from time to time to accommodate the season. More styles may be added in the future. Have Fun!
