Saturday morning net at 8:00 AM on Channel 17

This Group is open to all members upon request, and has a focus on Net Control Stations, Roll call participants and the use of FRS, GMRS and Ham radios during emergency events associated with power and communication blackouts. You do not need to be a Ham radio Operator to join this group. To join, go to your User Control Panel; >> UCP >> Usergroups. Check the appropriate box and submit.

Saturday morning net at 8:00 AM on Channel 17

Practice NETS are held every Saturday morning net at 8:00 AM on Channel 17, (no Pl). This is a great opportunity to get to know your neighbors in a fun and relaxed radio session and learn the basic format of how an emergency Net will be conducted when the need arises (not if, but when).

NOTE: This net only occurs when Richard is available, so it is unfortunately sporadic. The Strawberry community really needs more participants that will learn how to conduct a Net and fill in when Richard is not available.
