Members
Guests, Members, Leaders and Moderators.
  • Regular forums are open to Guest to view but not post. If you would like to make a post you will need to register and your Rank will be New Member and have posting privileges. After making six posts your Rank will become a Member and some restrictions will be removed. Your Rank incrementally increases with each additional ten posts until you reach fifty posts. After reaching one hundred posts you will become a Senior Member.
    • Moderators and leaders are by request and must be approved by the Administrator. If you would like to be a Group leader or Moderator please be sure you have introduced yourself first on the Welcome forum, then send a private message to an Administrator or Moderator. You may be requested to provide more information about yourself before approval.
    We have three Forum Types
Regular forums, Open Forums and Closed Forums.

    Regular forums
    • Regular Forums are available for posting and private messaging to all Members once you have registered.
    Open Forums
    • The Emergency Preparedness forums have six membership groups. Columbia, Groveland, Strawberry, Twain Harte Teams. These forums are open to all members. Join open forums by going to your User Control Panel: >> UCP >> Usergroups - select the Membership of the forum of your choice and press Submit. Open forums have no additional requirements and you will become a Member right away.
    Closed Forums
    • The CERT Teams and Community Service Unit are Closed forums. Membership needs to be approved by a Group Leader. To join Closed forums, go to your User Control Panel: >> UCP >> Usergroups - select the Membership of the forum of your choice and press Submit. A group Leader will review your request and may contact you for more details about your status within this community.
