Here is what my Baofeng UV-9G came programed with. Below is a .jpg image of what I printed out from the CHIRP programing downloaded from my radio when it was brand new. This is a good reference guide to see the channel/frequency correlation and the standard repeater settings that I believe
most Baofeng GMRS radios come with. You can download this image here:

If you would like a CHIRP disc image that you can open with your Chirp program just ask and I can email it to you. As of yet I have not figured out how to adjust the upload settings in the download software to except the disk image.
